21st Birthday Celebration

Had it like a few hours ago.. One word, AWESOME!! Why?? Cause

1) Thankful that some of my friends turned up even thou it was a really last minute thing.

2) Managed to celebrate my 21st birthday with my parents, seriously thought it would not happen.

3) MU won the title!! (OK, this was a bonus.. =p)

Thank you all for coming and thanks for everything guys.. Interestingly I received my presents in pairs this year.. 2 water tumblers (one is Starbucks btw, thx Jean!!), 2 boxes of Ferrero Rochers, 2 monetary gifts (finally no longer broke!!) and 2 books (Beatrice u con artist!! XD).. So is two my lucky number this year?? Haha.. Nah.. Guess one is.. LOL!!

Why one u say?? Well, cause I'm single again people.. Yeah, lots of shit happened and it's my fault for the shit to happen but in the end, I had enough.. And to be honest, I'm actually relieved, a lot more happier.. Don't know why.. Probably it's God's way of letting me know something better is lying ahead.. I thanked Him for finally waking me up, hitting me on the head with a gigantic hammer on my 21st Birthday.. So it's a mixed one.. It was bad in one way cause I've totally lost a friend now and it was good in the other way cause it has liberated me from the pit I dug myself into.. And also thanks to all my friends who supported me and make my 21st birthday a memorable one..

So what's next for me? Study hard, continue to seek Him and come back to Him (seriously I have deviated a lot without me knowing, thank you for showing me the way once again) and enjoy life as it is.. No point dwelling on the past, not after what has happened.. I apologized, I accepted responsibility, I've taken the blame and if that's all not enough then forget it.. Why hurt yourself any longer knowing things will never be the same probably forever right??

Now I have to concentrate on my coming CA in 2 weeks followed by my finals at the end of June.. Then I'll start thinking about other stuff.. Once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! XD

P.S. I wish you all the best in your future undertakings.. I do not hate you for what you've done.. I simply forgive and forget.. =)

Awesome party!

Yesterday I had my Christmas party (obviously at my place) and I'm very very happy that it was a real success.. Great food, delicious cake (it was bought, I didn't bake it!) and nice atmosphere!!

It was sooooo good to see old friends, some I haven't seen in a few months or maybe years.. XD Plus everyone had a great time.. So thank you all who came to my party.. You guys and gals really make it happening, without you, it won't be a party at all..

Hopefully my next party, more people can turn up.. Of course, those of u who came are sure eagerly awaiting the next one.. Most probably another Christmas party cause CNY holidays is toooooo short for me and during my birthday it'll be toooooo close to my 4th exam.. =(

Reunion after sooooo long!!!

Woohoo!!! Yesterday had the best time of my life... 5A had a reunion at Kensington, Oakland yesterday and more than half the class turn up.. For those who didn't, I better see your faces the next time round.. =p

It was a great feeling, seeing old friends together again, some I haven't seen since I left school at the end of 2006... And as usual, we turn a nice western restaurant into a typical mamak stall... Hats off to the waiters and waitresses who patiently took our order and serving our food, they'll probably be thinking "I need a raise!!" LOL!!!

And as usual, we crap all the way from A-Z.. And Paulians are always famed of talking about any topic under the sun.. For example, a few of us started talking on economy, then to politics, then to something else and later to anime and finally to where is our next place for yam cha!! LOL!!! Told ya we're crazy... Also not to be forgotten are the pictures that we took, although most of them look dark and some are blur.. U can find them all Faidhi's & Narvin's FB profiles..

Totally awesome man yesterday, an evening not to be forgotten.. And sure, we'll plan a better reunion, this time try to get the whole class together... And find our next restaurant/mamak/stall to torture!!! HAHAHA!!! *grins evilly*

The Last Farewell, for now...

Well, yesterday I attended the Form 6 Bon Voyage Dinner.. Something like a farewell dinner for us, only that I see more performers from the lower forms than the Upper Sixes who attended the dinner.. When I arrived there, OK, I expected the small hall, but I did not expect that we had to cramp ourselves in that tiny hall.. So ya, it was a potong steam case la.. It was just not happening, those of us who went there look so blur, the organisers were mostly knit up together with their own group, not even bothering to come and communicate with us, and well ya, the dinner was destined for disaster..

Let me just say one thing about the Lower Sixes here.. I really dunno see the same spirit, the Paulian spirit among them.. It's seriously a dog eat dog world out there.. Now, I'm not the only one with that opinion, a few of my friends are too.. They look corporative on the outside but in truth, only a few are really dedicated to their duties.. Comparing to my batch (this is my thoughts), I feel our batch work much better together.. There was a sense of belonging among my batch, which I see very little in this year Lower Sixes.. Maybe as time goes on (they still have a year) they might get along better.. And I sure hope so it happens, for the sake of the unity of the students there..

Anyway, back to the dinner.. Performances was nice.. Kelvesh's, Zi Yang's and Shaun's bands really rock the house with a few favourites.. Then there were some singing by Kah Chun's group and a few others, a dance performance.. Well, the dance performance was the real hightlight, because they were 4 couples dancing, BUT there was 5 guys.. 1 actually dress up like a girl, it fools some of us, and boy.. He really beat the crap out of the other 3 REAL girls.. So ya, that was awesome.. And of course the main highlight of the day was a Wushu - Ninja performance by our two top guns in our school, Master Yap and Master Hazim.. A very wonderful and respectable performance by them..

Food was FANTASTING!! Possibly the best I ever ate at RSUC (and ya, it beats the crap out of the prefect's dinner one) Ate two full plates of it.. Other than that, the dinner was overall good.. Maybe it took some time for us to get the party started, but then here how the dinner went.. From bad to worse and actually went to good.. So ya, I like to say thanks to the organising committtee and for all who attended the dinner.. Pictures will posted up later once I receive them.. Next agenda, DESHAN'S PARTY!!
